Metropolitan Baptist Church, or The MET as it is casually known, is a growing multi-site church in Northwest Houston. They had a renewed vision that necessitated an updated visual brand that connected with the essence of who The MET is, while acknowledging the community's familiarity to the brand (much like Federal Express became FedEx).

The symbol in The MET logo relates directly to the church’s mission statement – connecting people each day to the real Jesus in a real way. The arrangement of dots forms a stylized cross and also suggests diversity and people in the community coming to the cross.
